English classes
English classes take place every week. At the moment, classes are full, but we will update this page when there are spaces available again.
Upbeat Women
Upbeat Women is our support group for women only, and children under 4 years old. Upbeat Women happens every Thursday at 11am at our base.
We also have an English class for women only. This happens every Thursday at 9:30am. Childcare is provided for children under 4 years old.
